Dr. Jeremy Hall is a Professor at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. His main research interests are in sustainable development innovation, stakeholder ambiguity, radical technology development, entrepreneurial learning for social inclusion and inter-firm innovation dynamics. He brings more than a decade of social science research in innovation, business strategy and policy making. He has also led a GE3LS Genome Canada project.
Dr. Hall has conducted international research in aerospace, agricultural, chemicals, consultancy, energy, forestry, retailing and tourism sectors with support from Genome Canada, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Dr. Hall has been a consultant for organizations such as Ernst & Young and Environment Canada. He is also an active editor for the Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, Journal of Cleaner Production and Journal of Business Venturing.
Role in the project
Dr. Hall will lead the GE3LS: innovation team to understand the business strategy and policy making of our stakeholders and end users of our diagnostic tool.
